Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Orders Already Processed or Fulfilled

If your order has been processed or fulfilled within the 24-hour window, we may not be able to cancel it.
In such cases, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return Policy once it has been delivered.

Confirmation of Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If Cancellation Cannot Be Processed

If we are unable to cancel the order because it has already entered fulfillment or shipping, we will notify you by email.
