1. Where do you ship?
We ship to Poland. Shipping options will appear at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time is usually 5–11 business days, including processing and shipping.
(Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery time: 4–8 business days.)
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number.
You can also track your order through our Track Your Order page.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you can return your order once delivered and place a new one.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns must be sent within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

7. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A tracked shipping method is required.
8. What should I do if I receive the wrong or a faulty item?
